There are generally three ways to mount or install an LED video display.
Flying – the LED display is hung from an overhead structure. For example, from a rope or ceiling mount.
Ground mounting – Ground mounting requires you to purchase a ground support system that is fixed behind the LED display. These can be modular for mobile use and the bottom of the display will generally sit just a few centimeters off the floor.
Wall mounting – Wall-mounted LED displays provide an integrated look in your space. Wall-mounted solutions are permanently installed and may require some preparation to ensure a safe and professional installation. Wall-mounted LED displays offer easy installation and easy access from the front of the display for future servicing without having to be removed or dismantled.

If you purchase an LED display for mobile, stage, or special events with your support structure, you can usually install it on your own with guidance from us.

It is important to make sure that the LED screens are hung/mounted flat and with even weight distribution. Otherwise, gaps can occur that impair the viewing experience. Yes, we do. We have extensive experience in LED installations and can help you with the installation and the first use of your LED display, as well as support you if you need help after the installation.
In most cases, you will need a PC or MAC to use the LED video display or LED screen. If you plan to use a PC for video output, the PC will need a secondary display output to connect to the video processor, such as HDMI, DisplayPort, VGA, or DVI. TF LED processors and controllers can accept HDMI, DVI, VGA, and SDI connections.
To configure and control your LED video display, you need NovaStar’s LCT or SmartLCT software. This program is only intended for configuration and some control and diagnostic functions related to your LED display. It does not have any functions for media playback.
NOTE: Some video processors allow you to configure the display directly via a built-in menu.
For general media playback, your video wall will basically mirror whatever input source you connect to the processor. So you can use whatever existing video or presentation software you are most comfortable with.
