Saab Arena / Visit Linköping

Commissioned by Visit Linköping, we have delivered and installed an LED solution at Saab Arena in Linköping, designed for a modern multi-purpose arena with high demands on performance, flexibility and operational reliability. The arena is home to the SHL team Linköping Hockey Club and is frequently used for concerts, shows and events.

The installation consists of our ON-COB P1.2 LED displays with a brightness of 1000 nits (standard 600 nits), adapted to the high level of natural light entering through the glass facade, together with video processing via NovaStar.

LED Banners

Five LED banners, each measuring 3000 x 675 mm, are positioned in a line across the entire entrance area to communicate information and messages to visitors from all entrances. The displays are mounted on a custom-designed support structure developed for a clean and minimalist installation.

LED Displays by the Stairwells

Two additional displays, one by each stairwell, complete the installation and make it possible to show targeted information specifically for the stairwell areas, such as wayfinding.

One display is mounted in concrete on a custom-designed support structure with approximately 250 mm clearance over ventilation pipes. The other is mounted directly into concrete using wall brackets that provide an installation depth of approximately 43 mm.
