COB LED display for installations with high requirements for image quality and reliability
Absen KLCOB V2 Series is a high-resolution LED display with flip-chip COB technology, developed for permanent installations where deep blacks, high contrast, consistent colour reproduction and reliable operation are particularly important.
The series combines a contrast ratio of 15,000:1 with up to 1 000 nits of brightness and a refresh rate of 3,840 Hz. The dark surface treatment reduces reflections and provides a consistent image with clear details in both bright and dark areas.
Trefyr offers KLCOB V2 in pixel pitches of 1.25 and 1.56 mm. The panels have a 16:9 aspect ratio, making it easy to build Full HD, 4K or project-specific display formats for meeting rooms, showrooms, reception areas, control rooms and other professional environments.
KLCOB V2 combines flip-chip COB technology, efficient heat management and a protected display surface for installations that need to provide stable image quality over time.
The dark surface treatment reduces reflections and produces deeper black levels. The 15,000:1 contrast ratio ensures that both dark details and bright image areas remain clearly visible.
Flip-chip COB and common cathode technology contribute to lower heat generation and efficient energy consumption. This supports reliable operation and reduces the cooling requirements of the installation.
COB technology protects the LED components against impact, dust and physical contact. The smooth surface is also easy to clean and well suited to public environments.
The modular panel construction supports standard formats, wide display surfaces and project-specific solutions. The series can also be used for concave curves and precise 90-degree corners.
KLCOB V2 is designed for permanent indoor installations where the display needs to be mounted close to the wall while remaining accessible for future service.
The panels are only 39.3 mm deep. LED modules and internal components can be accessed from the front of the display, reducing the need for a separate service space behind the installation.
The display is installed on a customized structure directly against the wall. This creates a slim, permanent installation that remains easy to service from the front.
The display can be built in wide, vertical or asymmetrical formats and integrated into walls or interior structures. Front service access simplifies future maintenance.
